We met with CFY to attempt to use CFY for our wedding in November. It took until January for CFY to provide us with our proposed menu and cost estimate. Then after 4 unreturned phone calls to address changes to the menu and costs, we were told last week that they were still holding our date open and someone would be in touch to discuss the menu. Just today we finally received a call back and were advised that they actually booked out our date to someone else in early February. Apparently it "happened so fast there wasn't time to call" us. What a terrible way to do business! Obviously they are not timely or dependable. Watch out if you decide to take a gamble on them for an event!!
