ALBANY — In scores of letters identifying himself the "Chinese Zodiac Killer," Jesse Bartlett claimed he killed people, ate their flesh, that "hell wants more souls" and that he intended to kill more victims.In U.S. District Court in Albany on Friday, the 46-year-old Bartlett made a far less controversial admission: He's guilty of sending the threatening letters.  Bartlett, of LaFargeville in Jefferson County, admitted to Chief U.S. District Judge Brenda Sannes that he sent the letters between April 2021 and May 2022 to government offices including the White House, houses of worship, media outlets and private business in New York state, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Vermont and Washington D.
